- Solicitation Packet The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide Human Infant Newborn Screening Services at PIMC. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment and such other professional competence normally furnished to provide Human Infant Newborn Screening Services to be provided at the PIMC Health Center located in Phoenix, Arizona. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about June 21, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The RFP due date is close of business 12:00 pm, Phoenix, Arizona Time on July 19, 2013. Late proposals will not be accepted. You may submit a completed PDF copy to bradley.platerp@ihs.gov, however the original RFP package signed by you will need to be mailed. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 622110 and the Small Business Standard is $35.5 million.
