- Attachment list various MH-60 aircraft parts to be solicited for procurement by the United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center Medium Range Recovery Product Line Division. The attached parts list contains corrected part numbers for CLINs 44, 125, 137, 141, 1044, 1125, 1137, 1141, 2044, 2125, 2137 and 2141. This is a notice of intent that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Product Line Division (PLD) located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of various MH-60 aircraft parts that are replaced during routine maintenance due to corrosion, damage, and failures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78287, under the authority of 6.302, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Attachment 1 details the list of parts with estimated quantities to be solicited to satisfy this requirement. Interested parties must be certified to manufacture these parts. Certification is required from the U.S. Naval Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) or the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). To obtain NAVSUP WSS certification, follow the guidelines provided on the following Navy website: http://www.navsup.navy.mil. To obtain NAVAIR certification, follow the guidelines provided on the following Navy website: http://www.navair.navy.mil. Parties interested in supplying these parts must provide evidence of being NAVSUP WSS or NAVAIR certified PRIOR to contract award. Award will not be delayed pending receipt of the certification from the Navy. The solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal, solicitation number HSCG38-13-R-J00004, on or about 9 July 2013.
