- Notice of Intent TOP NOTCH SEEDS, INC. 767 S 5TH ST BRAWLEY, CA, 92227 The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Portland Oregon intends to award a fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedure, for the acquisition of annual rye grass seed at Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 906 West Sinclair Road, Calipatria, CA, 92233. Contractor must be able to provide 33,450 pounds of annual rye grass seed available on request (not delivered) to be picked up as necessary by FWS due to limited storage. Seed provided will be certified weed free, 2013 stock, insect and pest free with a germination rate of 85% or better. Seed must be in bags of 50 pounds or less. Seed will be needed from middle August through November 2013. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424510, Grain and Field Bean Merchant Wholesalers. The size standard is 100 M. The Universal Product Code for this procurement is 8730.
