This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is reserved exclusively for small business concerns. The solicitation number is W912PM-13-T-0024, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Description of Requirement: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requests quotes for the purchase of Vibracore sampling and soil lab testing services of offshore borrow sources located in Surf City and North Topsail Beach, NC.
