- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010323689OVEN is hereby issued by the Regional Contracting Office, Alaska, 1064 Apple St., Fort Wainwright, AK, 99703, as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66, Effective April 1, 2013. This acquisition is a set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 333318, size standard 1,000 Employees. Description of Requirement: MEDDAC Fort Wainwright, Alaska requires (1) One electric combination oven/steamer. Additional description and Specifications are in attachment 1 (Quote Sheet/Specs). Delivery Place: Bassett Army Community Hospital, 407 Neely Road, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703 Date: Net 30 Days (ARO) FOB: Destination Evaluation Criteria: All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. 1. Price: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Submission of Invoices In accordance with FAR clause 52.212-4(g) the contractor shall submit all invoices electronically utilizing Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Procedures for using WAWF are found in DFARS clause 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Quote Information: Quote shall be structured to show an Item Number breakdown of the proposed requirement and should reflect a firm fixed-price for the supplies. Provide your quote on Attachment 1-Quote Sheet. Quotes shall be submitted and received no later than Monday, 1 July 2013, at 1700 hours (5:00 P.M.) Alaska Daylight Savings Time AKDT. Quotes may be emailed or faxed to the attention of the primary and alternate points of contact listed below.
