- J&A - Redacted Notice of award, sole source procurement to Digital Intelligence, Inc., 17165 W. Glendale Drive, New Berlin, WI 53151, for the purchase of customized Digital Intelligence UltraKit III forensic equipment. The forensic equipment is needed to support the digital forensic field work for the Digital Evidence Acquisition Specialist Training Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC). Reference the attached J&A, this is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination was made not to compete this requirement due to the fact that no other manufacturer is able to provide a product that is portable, self-contained and meets the requirements for FLETC's training mission. The UltraKit III product has the capability for the tasks performed for this training. This procurement must be completed in a timely manner to meet the mission requirements of FLETC.
