This activity proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award (sole source) with Supersonic Imagine for a Aixplorer USA Ultrasound. Delivery will be four weeks after receipt of order. Award is anticipated no later than June 28, 2013. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The justification and approval will be posted within 15 days of contract award.
