Description
The U.S. Government is seeking 15,875 (ABOA) USF of office space in Greenville, SC. The space must be located within the boundaries of the delineated area. LEASE TERM: FOR A TERM OF TEN (10) YEARS, FIVE (5) FIRM State: South Carolina City: Greenville Delineated Area: North: W. Stone Ave to E. Stone Ave East: Laurens Rd to Richland Way to E. Washington St. to McDaniel Ave South: University Ridge to Vardy St. to N. Markley St. West: South Academy to W. Broad St. to Butler Ave to Buncombe St. to Rutherford Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,875 usf Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Space must be located on the second floor or above. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. All space must be contiguous within any offered building. On-site parking must meet/or exceed local code. Only existing buildings will be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered, and a site plan or floor plan for the offered building. All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties may submit pertinent information by email or certified mail no later than 4:00 pm on 7/15/13. No submissions received after 4:00 pm on 7/15/13 will be considered.
