Description

This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron intends to award a brand name purchase order for the purpose of providing acquisition of EOD 9 Bomd Suits and Helmets. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 8.405-6 Limited Sources Justification and Approval. A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity identifying the 23d Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this brand name procurement. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (229 257-3547) or email to the POCs: benjamin.albers@moody.af.mil; seth.shan@moody.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 08 July 2013 @ 9:00 A.M. This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
