Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Dow Jones & Company, Inc. 1025 Connecticut Ave., NW Washington, D.C. 20036. Dow Jones will provide Daily Bankruptcy Review and Daily Bankruptcy Review Small Cap subscription. The Daily Bankruptcy Review and Daily Bankruptcy Review-Small Cap are unique daily news services providing reliable, accurate and current reporting of new bankruptcies and updates to ongoing bankruptcies. They are products of Dow Jones, the owner of the copyright, and are available only from Dow Jones. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than June 21, 2013, 7 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
