- Section J Attachments Section C, Section L, and Section M Defense Information System Contracting Office (DITCO) is issuing a DRAFT Request for Proposal on behalf of the Enterprise Services Directorate (ESD) of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) which has a requirement for Commercial Cloud Services in support of customer requirements across the Department of Defense (DoD). This requirement is for Commercial Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and associated support services. Service Lines to be delivered under this award include: Cloud-Based Storage, Virtual Machine, Database, and Web Hosting Services. It is envisioned that services delivered under a future award must fulfill a set of common enterprise-wide requirements. The period of performance will be 1 years from the date of award with additional option periods through Calendar Year 2017. This requirement is being procured using full & open competition, and award will be made based on a best value trade-off process in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The Government anticipates awarding multiple ID/IQ contracts as a result of the solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $25 million. DRAFTS of the competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), specifications, RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov under RFP number HC1028-13-R-0045. The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about August 26, 2013, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. A pre-solicitation conference will be held on 10 July 2013. Details are contained with the attached DRAFT Section L.
