- The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 awards an FSS BPA under limited sources procedures to Philips. Please see Attachment A. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). This authority applies when only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. In addition, see Attachment B for additional open market items added under FAR 8.402(f) procedures and the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote, and no solicitation shall be made available. All inquiries should be made within 7 days of this notice. All requests must be in writing via email to David Chakka, david.chakka@va.gov. Please see Attachment A for further details.
