- Purchase Request number 49767673 will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract from Solicitation SPE4A7-13-R-1438 for NSN 1615-01-158-5774, Nomenclature, TERMINAL ASSEMBLY. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a source controlled item Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286 P/N 70400-06672-042 Revision "D: dated 05 July 1986. The approved sources are Seanair Machine Co., Inc., CAGE 63630 and Tek Precision Co., Ltd, CAGE 65780. This is a Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part designated as a Navy Critical Safety Item with a critical application. Configuration and Export Control applies. Government First Aritcle and Production Lot Testing apply. This is an FOB Destination/Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin requirement. The First Article offered must be manufactured at the facilities in which production quantities are procured under the contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select Solicitations, RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
