Detailed technical data for manufacturing or acceptance of these items are not available. Government only has quote mark Government Purpose Data Right. quote mark The original manufacturer is BAE SYSTEMS, Nashua, NH, cage code 94117. The task is to repair and fabricate the above items and to perform required testing and validation of the operational performance requirement in accordance with the Performance Specification, Acceptance Test Procedure, and the associated Part Number (PN). Repair Turn Around time is 30 days. Delivery of fabricated items is 9 months. The task requires adequate area to perform acceptance test and storage for material and classified hardware up to SECRET. The supplier requires Infrared Countermeasures Research and Engineering Development capability. In response supplier must demonstrate its capabilities to perform these tasks. Suppliers capable of performing this task must so indicate, by email to hae.c.rhee.civ@mail.mil. This is not a solicitation. This is only for market research to locate other potential sources. The solicitation with detail information of repair and fabrication quantity through 5 years will be published at later date.
