- Performance Work Statement - Janitorial Services - Redding, CA Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Janitorial Services for Armed Forces Recruiting Center, Redding, CA (Base year & 4 option years) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6 "SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS", AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation number is W91238-13-Q-0050 and the solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-61. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 - Housekeeping Services, which has a size standard of $16.5 million, is applicable. Note: This is a request for Quote which will result in a firm fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a basic performance period from the date of award through July 31, 2014, plus four (4) one year option periods. Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the option period, if exercised. Award will be made based on the best value to the government; evaluation factors include Experience, Past Performance, and Price and can be made on initial offers. In order to help the Government in its evaluation of past performance, Offerors shall provide at least three (3) current references with valid telephone numbers of customers for similar services. Prior to submission of proposal all contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and remain active during performance, and through final payment of any contract or purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation. Offerors who fail to register in SAM will not be considered for award. Registration can be done via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. Offereors must have completed Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-8. The quotes due date is Thursday, July 17, 2013 at 10:00 AM PST.
