Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) numbered VA786A-13-R-0107 entitled "Tuckpoint and repair of historic stone wall" at Fort Snelling National Cemetery will be posted on or about 7/1/2013, for Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450 Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The dollar magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractor shall completely furnish labor, tools, equipment, materials, etc to perform work as required by drawings and specifications; for Tuckpoint and repair of historic stone wall and related work at Fort Snelling National Cemetery Minneapolis, Minnesota. All work will be in accordance with the VA construction requirements, Federal, and local codes. The NAICS is 238140 applies and size standard is $14.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.fedbizopps.gov "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the FedBizOpps website.
