- Description of requirement **This pre-solicitation was previously advertised. Please note that the delineated area has been revised in responsive to an agency wide directive for the tenant agency.** General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Philadelphia Delineated Area: North: Vine Street East: 4 th Street South: Spruce Street West: Broad Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,789 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,978 Space Type: Office Space, specialized Parking Spaces (Total): 61 Parking Spaces (Surface): 60 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 - specialized Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years, 10 Years Firm Option Term: None Additional Requirements: 1) The occupying agency is a law enforcement agency with security requirements which will require the installation of higher level security equipment within the leased space. 2) Offered space must be contiguous, and located on no more than 3 floors. 3) If the offered space is located above the first floor of a building, the Government must have the dedicated use of an elevator. 4.) Parking spaces must be secured 5.) One (1) specialty parking space required for a sally port, that must accommodate an oversized van or small bus, that must be secure, and provide a secure path of travel from its location to the detainee processing area Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 5, 2013 Occupancy (Estimated): May 1, 2015
