- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified contractors and their socio-economic/size classifications (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Vet-owned, Hubzone, 8(a), small business, and large business) specifically for remediation of Philips VLAN systems by replacing hard drives of previously malware infected devices (Cardio MD gamma camera systems and Jetstream workstations), load all software, and reconfigure devices. Cardio MD systems will also require full recalibration after software has been loaded. The vendor shall (Re-IP) move all systems (Cardio MD systems, Jetstream workstations, Skylight, Vertex V60) to newly created VLAN in accordance with VA MDIA (Medical Device Isolation Architecture) guidelines. Maintenance support includes remediating virus infections on the devices by re-imaging or replacing the devices, installing approved anti-virus software and patch to prevent re-infection, complying with VA policy regarding the use of mobile media devices such as usb devices and laptops for the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa Florida. This is a potential Sole Source Award to Philips Medical Systems because of the high tech equipment involved and the need for software however if you are a small business and can perform this service to reload OEM software and reconfigure VLAN and DICOM settings on the Philips Skylight cameras, EDW workstation, Cardio MD Camera with the appropriate certifications and trained technical personnel please respond to this notice. This notice will be used by the Contracting Officer for purposes of assigning the appropriate set-aside, if any, for subject intended contract.
