- Special Notice: N0010313QQ535 Sole Source Procurement Synopsis: NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Mechanicsburg on behalf of NAVAIR intends to award a sole source purchase order to Deltek Inc. for the renewal of a one year Open Plan software maintenance agreement. Various instruments employ Open Plan software which is proprietary software of Deltek Inc. The software is installed in numerous Fleet Readiness Centers across the country. T he NAICS code used shall be: 541519 under FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. Award must be made to Deltek Inc. in order to maintain warranties, receive upgrades and patches to keep the system current. The period of performance shall be July 14, 2013 to July 13, 2014. No payments for information, capability statements, etc. will result from this announcement. This announcement also in no way requests any form of proposal or quote.
