Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project #675-13-X31, Titled "Irrigation Line Repair" located at Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Medical Center (NCO 8), 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando Fl 32803 to provide the following materials and labor to lower the existing 6" Irrigation main that is in the path of the new Storm Drain line in parking lot "C" in front of building 502. The project range is less than $5,000. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is NAICS 236220, General Construction and the Small Business Size Standard is $33.5M. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Only. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Coburn Contractors, an SDVOSB concern. This SDVOSB Company is listed in the VetBiz registry and is CVE Verified.
