- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is a notice of intent for sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)-(FAR 6.302-1). A solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS Code is 541612, for a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Northern Capital Region (NCR), Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Institute for Personality and Ability Testing, Inc.1801 Woodfield Dr. Savoy, IL 61874-9505. The requirement belongs to the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
