- Draft SOW (Spec) for Paving IDIQ Eglin AFB FL SOUCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5. The Air Force Test Center, Operational Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, Florida, is seeking potential sources capable of the Paving IDIQ consists of furnishing all plant, materials, labor, equipment, and all operations required, in accordance with Plans and Technical Specifications (dated 11 March 2013), Eglin AFB, Florida. The work may consist of resurfacing, full depth reconstruction, and new full depth construction of bituminous concrete and portland cement concrete pavements to include roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks, coldplaning of bituminous concrete pavement, construction of curb return widenings, new construction of bituminous concrete ramp-downs, crack repair in bituminous concrete pavement, new construction of concrete foundation walls and footings, slabs on grade adjusting of covers and frames and grates to be flush with new pavements, removal and resetting of existing concrete curbing, painting new pavement markings, rubber removal from airfield surfaces, and removal and reinstallation of existing parking bumper blocks and traffic control devices as well as placement of new parking bumper blocks and traffic control devices as required. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the future acquisition is 237310, with a small business size standard of $33.5M. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is more than $10M. The estimated period of performance for this project is one base year and four annual option years. The Government is seeking firms with a Primary NAICS code 237310 for this acquisition. The Government will not award a contract solely on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Any interested parties shall ensure they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The Sources Sought is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of resources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses should include a statement of capabilities and address how you will meet the Government's needs based on the draft Statement of Work. List previous contracts with like requirements of similar scope and magnitude that your company has been awarded and submit your company's name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, telephone number, and size of business pursuant to NAICS code 237310, small business size standard $33.5M. In addition to the size of business, indicate all classes of business that fit your firm, e.g., Small Disadvantaged, Veteran Owned, etc. Responses are limited to three (3) pages. If qualified and interested, please submit via email or mail stating the name of your company, your interest, a Capabilities Statement, and your business size for the assigned NAICS code. Also, responses should contain Address, Point of Contact, email address, Cage Code, Phone Number (with area code), and Fax Number. In addition to the size of business, indicate all classes of business that fit your firm: i.e. Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, etc. Responses must be received no later than 5 July 1500 CST.
