Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), a Fiomarine Industries Pty Ltd. Fiobuoy ® Submersible Marine Marker Buoy & Retrieval System, which is solely manufactured by Fiomarine Industries Pty Ltd. The Submersible Marine Marker and Retrieval System supports deep water moored mines and targets during Naval Tactical Training exercises, testing and evaluation. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c). This is not a request for quotes, however; any responsible source having the technical capabilities to meet the requirement described may submit a quote along with their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and lead time for consideration via email to: Sharon.kim@navy.mil
