- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Optional add-ons for Quasonix P/N: QSX-RDMS-RM2-Q-1100-X2-DC-RS,Dual Channel Quad-Band Telemetry Receiver available on GSA. These items will be built within the system being purchased and cannot be added or purchased seperately. This requirement is sole sourced to: Quasonix, 6025 Schumacher Park Drvie, West Chester, OH 45069, as the original equipment manufacturer. Any firms believing that they can provide the system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
