- The US Department of State (DOS) anticipates the award of up to Four (4) Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite delivery (IDIQ) contracts to provide professional natural hazards mitigation engineering services in support of the Overseas Building Offices Natural Hazards program The closing date for receipt of submissions was May 1, 2013. 17 responses were received. Stage 1 of the procurement has been completed. The following offerors have been selected to continue on to Stage 2 of the requirement: Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates of Emeryville, California; KPFF Consulting Engineers of Portland, Oregon; Rutherford & Chekene of San Francisco, California; Crosby Group of San Mateo, California.
