- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation- FDA SOL 1117021 Subject: Request for Quote Liquid Chromatography System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, (STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), using the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures of FAR 13. The solicitation document/incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2005-64. Please note: Award will be made subject to availability of funding. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. 1.) DESCRIPTION One (1) Automated Liquid Chromatography Unit, meeting the minimum salient characteristics listed below. 2) PRICING CHART: All charges must be included in the quote. Any charges presented after contract award shall be unacceptable. CLIN ITEM QUANTITY PRICE 0001 Automated Liquid Chromatography Unit 1 3.) Salient Characteristics of the Automated Liquid Chromatography Unit. Must be capable of producing a continuous gradient, measuring conductivity and absorbance at 280 nm. Must achieve flow rates of at least 20 ml/min Must collector fractions automatically (fraction collector should be able to collect fractions using different sized tubes. 4) Packing, Marking, Delivery and Shipping: -All deliverables required under this contract shall be packaged, marked and shipped in accordance with Government specifications. -At a minimum, all deliverables shall be marked with the contract number and contractor’s name. -The Contractor shall guarantee that all required materials shall be delivered in immediate usable and acceptable condition, packages of both spectrometers should be sealed and of robust construction. Delivery of the Liquid Chromatography Unit shall be made to: Food & Drug Administration NIH Building 29B, Room 1G11 Bethesda, MD 20892 5) RFQ Instructions: The vendor must complete the Pricing Chart provided in this RFQ. Responses shall have the following information: - Identified with the RFQ number. - The vendor must complete the Pricing Chart above. - Responses shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist’s email below. - Quotes must be for all the items requested or none. - Quotes must remain valid for 90 days. - Response Due Date shall be no later than: July, 17th at 12:00 pm EST.
