- NSN 5995-01-184-2228, SPE4A613R1300, IQC is for one base year and four option years covering a Wiring Harness. This is a Hubzone set-aside. Only offers from Hubzone manufacturers or hub zone dealers furnishing a Hubzone manufacture's product will be considered. FOB is Destination. Inspection will be at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. Surge is not required. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Delivery is 152 days ARO for production. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 672. The GM for the Base year is 112 each. The Maximum Contract Qty is 5040.
