- Proposed Layout Current Layout REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Solicitation notice # D-3-D9-26-SE-R1Y-000 The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for moving and space reduction services in Billings, MT office. Move services are required to reduce the IRS space assignment at this office as well as to renovate the space. Move services will be completed in 2 phases (during both regular & after business hours) to include rental of employee crates, movement of free-standing/systems furniture, equipment & other miscellaneous items. A large portion of furniture will be excess (disposal) and will need to be removed from the premises. Location of services is the William J. Jameson Building, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, 2 nd Floor, Billings, MT 59101. Services will take place in July, August and September, 2013. Following award, the Contractor shall coordinate exact dates with the IRS Project Manager. The following provisions are applicable to this solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror-Commercial 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (a) Award will be made to low price, technically acceptable offeror 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items The following clauses are applicable to this solicitation and will be incorporated in to the awarded contract: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items Internet Payment Platform Clauses - See attached If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to the Contracting Officer, Joseph N. Laughlin, for consideration of your offer. You may submit your quote via email at Joseph.N.Laughlin@irs.gov as soon as possible but no later than 8 July 2013 by 05:00 PM PST. If you have any questions, pertaining to the Statement of Work or other attachments, they should be submitted in writing via e-mail to Joseph.N.Laughlin@irs.gov. Questions should be received with sufficient time to respond prior to proposal due date. There will be an organized site visit of the Billings, MT location on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 01:00 pm. Your quote should be submitted as a single line item amount to include all costs to provide labor and services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with all plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation documents. Attached is the applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination for Moving and Storage services in Montana; Wage Determination No: 1996-0305, Revision 26 dtd 06/13/2012. Amendment 0002 (06/28/13): Purpose of this amendment is to upload current and new drawings of office layout. Further due to lack of response this solicitation is extended to 08 July 2013; 05:00 pm PST.
