- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Springfield Delineated Area: Central Business District of Springfield, MO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,970 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,970 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 59 months Firm Term: 12 months Option Term: - Additional Requirements: The Government is seeking Class A office space and requires access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Subleases will not be considered. Please refer to solicitation 2MO0351 when responding to this ad. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in [city, State], that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
