- NSN 5961-01-344-9159, PR # 0049185969, Transistor. This requirement is for a First Fixed Price Contract for 200 each. Item is solicited under other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1). Approved sources are: Hamilton Sundstrand (99167) P/N 934A932-2 and Dynex (KC272) P/N 934A932-2. First Article Testing is not required. Delivery is 75 each in 168 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 75 each every 30 days thereafter. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of approximately July 15, 2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Acquisition is restricted to material manufactured by the sources listed in the source controlled drawing # 99167 934A932. Current sources and part numbers are Hamilton Sundstrand (99167) P/N 934A932-2 and Dynex (KC272) 934A932-2. This NSN is coded as CSI (Critical Safety). This NSN is also subject to export-control regulations. Eligibility for award is limited to those suppliers qualified through JCP certification or to those licensed by either the Departments of State or Commerce or Commerce; or to foreign suppliers pursuant to International Agreements.
