Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the intent of the Government to award this on a sole source basis to Unholtz Dickie Corp. due to compatibility requirements. Interested organizations shall submit comments in wiritng. All offers received will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on the responses to this notice, will be at that discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that this is a one-time requirement, but if a similar need arises, every effort will be made to compete it to the maximum extent possible.
