- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Man Bun Lau man.b.lau.civ@mail.mil (443)395-6350 This is a market survey to locate sources that can manufacture and produce the Grounding Kit, MK-2551A/U. This kit supports various systems. The requirement for the ground kit is listed below: #NSNNOMENCLATUREDRAW/PART #EXP QTY 15820-01-263-1760GROUNDING KITSC-D-681610, MK-2551A/U1200 This would be a five year IDIQ Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract(s). Interested source shall provide estimated prices for the Grounding Kit for the first year. Please also furnish your company technical capability of making these items. The response MUST include documentation demonstrating that the source can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier. Successful sources may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. Interested source shall also provide range prices as identified on the attachment and best delivery schedule after contract award.
