- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number N4155713RC042CO. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-68, 26 JUN 2013. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 337910 (Mattress Manufacturing) and the small business size standard is 500. This is an all-or-none solicitation; quotes that do not contain all items and quantities on the list will not be considered. Quotes must be FOB Tracy, CA. This solicitation shall be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable.
