- Request For Quote *PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED** This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most current information in reference to this acquisition. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) is issuing this solicitation, number DTNH22-13-Q-00227, as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 effective April 1, 2013. This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12.
