- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. 1) Missile Simulation Software Update to current Software Configuration now in use P/N MIS-ICD-56599 Qty: 1 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: Wintec, Inc 998 N Eglin Parkway, Shalimar, FL 32579 as the sole developer to provide software with commonality, interoperability, and functionality with existing Army and Navy platforms currently in use. Any firms believing that they can provide these items may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
