- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, North Dakota Field Office, has a requirement for site preparation in order to receive a modular housing unit. The project is located 1.5 miles west of Dickinson, North Dakota. Major items of work for this project include the following: Site work, grading, drainage, road, foundation, and underground utility construction. The government intends to award this contract as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 238910. The corresponding small business size standard is $14 million. This project is anticipated to be between $150,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around July 16, 2013 at http://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect and https://www.fbo.gov.
