- SPE4A7-13-R-0718 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 141 each of NSN 1615-01-480-5070, YOKE, MAIN ROTOR ASSEMBLY. This is used on the MH-60S Helicopter. This item is identified by the following Part Numbers: SIKORSKY ACFT, CAGE 78286, P/N 96250-13158-041. Sikorsky Aircraft, is the only approved source and award is expected to be made to that firm. It is expected that a Letter RFP will be issued. No RFP will be published unless requested by a firm that desires to submit a Source Approval Request Package. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. The Letter RFP will be issued after July 16 th 2013.
