Description
This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All questions regarding this notice should be emailed by COB 24 July 2013. Capability statements will be due by 3:00pm (MST) on Thursday, 1 August 2013 to the points of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM)/Assistant Chief of Staff (AcofS), G-5 is looking for capability statement for a non-personal services contract for Network Common Operational Picture (NETCOP). NETCOP is the fusion of network information collected from the LandWarNet to be correlated, analyzed, outages and anomalies responded to, trends determined, root causes identified and corrective action taken. The requirement encompasses the Continental Unites States (CONUS) Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) environments. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS code is 518210 and the size standard is $30 Million (Not to exceed). If you believe a different NAICS code should be used please identify the proposed NAICS code and provide justification. The anticipated period of performance is a one (1) year base period plus two (2) option years.
