- DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code involved is 511210. The size standard is $35.5M. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports (June 2012). Price competition is expected. Award will be made for All or None of the Line Item.
