- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-224-3911) for a BEARING, PLAIN, SELF-ALIGNING. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures I/A/W FAR 13.5. This item is manufactured to a "Source and Configuration Controlled Drawing: GENERAL ELECTRIC CO CAGE: 07482, DWG 1327M98 REVISION C, P/N1327M98P01. Approved source is REXNORD INDUSTRIES, LLC 57606 P/N 1327M98P01. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement.. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 30 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 624 each. The IDPO will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 400 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 400 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 624 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date of 12 July 2013, anticipated award date is July 31, 2013. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
