- Item Description: Description: NSN 2910-01-476-8971 - Pump, Fuel, Metering being bought in accordance with Deere & Company Div. Deere Power (66836) P/N RE505358 or Stanadyne Corporation (84760 P/N 05672. Based on market research this item is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12. The total quantity required is 237 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. There is also a 100% option for up to 237 each that may or may not be used, the solicitation also request quantity price ranges up to 474 each. FOB destination and inspection at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 7/17/13. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. The required delivery is 60 days. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
