- Synopsis The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC), on behalf of the Naval Health Research Center, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to immixTechnology, Inc. for license renewal and software maintenance support of the Tactical Ocular Reaction Area (TORA) TeamTrainer TM system. The Naval Health Research Center is conducting research regarding the development of tools and metrics for evaluating individual performance during Close-Quarters Combat (CQC) training. This requirement is for the procurement of: · TORA (TeamTrainer TM ) 3 TORA 1-year term licenses · Software maintenance/support for up to 5 TORA licenses · K-SET® 1-year term license · RSMR TM 1-year term license · Weapons MNT Station immixTechnology, Inc. is the only responsible source for this effort based on Market Research and Past Performance. As such, this contract will be awarded to immixTechnology, Inc.
