- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,580 BOMA usable square feet of hangar and office space at the Richfield Utah Municipal airport, Richfield Utah. Leased space must consist of approximately 230 square feet of ANSI/BOMA usable office space and 3,350.00 ANSI/BOMA square feet of hangar space. The hangar space must be able to house the following aircraft: 1 (ea.) Piper Super Cub, and 2 (ea.) OH6/Bell 47 Helicopters including the helicopter landing cart/pad for the Department of Agriculture. Lease is tentatively set for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than July 2, 2014. First consideration will be given to locations on or adjacent to the airport operating area of Richfield, Utah. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites may be considered. The space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 500-year floodplain. Hangar doors must be a minimum of 14x 30 feet, an electric folding/accordion hangar door is preferred. Minimum hangar ceiling height must be 16 feet. Hangar must have or be able to accommodate a 50 amp outlet. Office area is preferred to be non partitioned, and a unisex rest room must be available within the hangar. Ceiling must be able to accommodate a ceiling hoist 3,300 LB capability. Offered Space must meet all Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. The proposed space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
