Solicitation Number: 3D-13-A-0082 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS July 1, 2013 Dear Prospective Offeror: The United States Postal Service intends to solicit proposals for the manufacture, repair and refurbishment of lock and key products currently fabricated at the Mail Equipment Shop (MES) located in Washington, DC. Due to the criticality and vulnerability of the US Postal Service's locks and keys, the completion of Non-Disclosure Agreement is a requirement prior to participation. If your organization wishes to participate in this RFP, you must: •1) Notify Marilou Carandang by sending an email to: Marilou.Carandang@usps.gov no later than July 8, 2013 and •2) Upon receipt of the completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, you will be contacted and given instructions on how to register at https://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com.
