- ***This notice is a corrected re-posting of an earlier synopsis for this requirement. The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific intends to award firm fixed price contract N66001-13-C-0226 on a sole source basis to ViaSat, Inc., Carlsbad, CA for the purchase of six (6) ViaSat Network Channel Control (VNCC) licenses to support the control terminal hardware associated with the RT-1828 radios for the Joint UHR Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Network Integrated Control System (JMINI CS) program. ViaSat, Inc. is the only company that currently produces both the R-1828 radio and the proprietary software that makes the radio operable. This notice is not an RFP or an RFQ. A Sole Source Justification and Approval will be posted for review.
