Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Alabama Army National Guard (FLARNG) requires assistance with logistical support from a Consultant in conducting a Southeastern regional level meeting related to Native American (NA) Consultation. This regional meeting will include Army National Guard personnel from Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana and Mississippi. This Regional meeting will match these personnel with their counterparts from applicable Federally-recognized tribal governments. See attached statement of work for list of requirements and deliverables required. The Government intends to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. **NOTE: TASK 6-For bid purposes for travel shall be in accordance with Joint Forces Travel Regulations shall be included by ALL offerors.
