- Provide remediation services to fire damaged building (clean and partially demolish), with option to reconstruct heavily damaged areas of the building, with alternative items 1. retrofit manual fire alarm system and 2. install requirement laboratory ventilation. The complete specifications will be posted no later than 03 JUNE 2013. The site visit will be June 11 at 9:00 a.m. at the construction site. The estimated price range, inclusive of options and additive items is between $100,000 and $250,000. ************* Pages 20 and 21 of the Clauses and Provisions are amended. ***** A revised SF1447 is posted to request specific information about your intended reconstruction as proposed on Line Item No. 002.
