- This project consists of the rehabilitation of Yellowstone National Park's Albright Visitor Center (AVC). Work on this 15,400 square foot historic structure includes bat guano and lead paint abatement, demolition, seismic upgrades, new and restoration stonework, new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, new phone and data systems, a new fire suppression system, a new elevator, life safety upgrades, clay tile roof replacement, exterior window repairs, new entrance roof, site utilities upgrades, irrigation system modifications, and construction of new spaces within the existing building. The magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, small business size standard of $33.5M in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. Full and Open Competition Interested firms must be registered in SAM.gov. The performance period of this work will be 545 calendar days.
