Description

This posting is to notify industry and other interested parties that the USG has modified the Draft In-Flight Refueling KSA on the "Draft KPPs and KSAs" matrix released on Oct 12, 2012. The updated draft development threshold for the in-flight refueling KSA (6.3.7.1) is as follows: "APT T-X simulators shall be capable of conducting in-flight receiver refueling training, including full visual display, with a boom-equipped tanker". The draft objective for this KSA is "wet and/or dry hook-up." Additionally, you are reminded that this is a draft requirement as part of market research and still pre-decisional. Requirements will not be finalized until the release of the final request for proposal.
