- THIS 1ST MODIFICATION IS TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE TIME TO JULY 30TH 2013. The New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG) has a requirement for a Remote Controlled landing pad for aviation. All information to be furnished in relation to this announcement will be at no cost or obligation to the Government. Closing date for receipt of proposals is 12:00 PM, EDT, 10 JUL 2013. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their interest for this pre-solicitation. Offerors shall have a valid registration at SAM.gov. The requirement for the remote controlled landing pad should be equal in value or better than brand name Helliwagon Remote Control Landing Pad. Including the following characteristics: 1.Fully wireless remote controlled landing dolly for skid helicopters 2.Landing dolly powered by 100 percent electricity 3.Unique locking wheel systems that eliminates the use of chocks. Offerors that like to submit a quote can do in sufficient detail to allow the Government evaluation without the need for further clarifications. The Government does not assume the duty to search for data to cure problems it finds in quotes. The Government will not assume offerors possess any capability, understanding or commitment not specified in the quote.
